News Flash!

We have been searching for a roomier home for almost 2 years now.  Our current home is a 3 bed, 2 bath home that gets crowded when we have company. It is a great starter home, but we feel very cramped in it. We have made an offer on a home in the past that fell through. On Thursday night, I was using my phone app (Realtor.com) and was doing my usual evening search when "the" home finally popped up for us.  We acted quick, called our realtor and set up a showing for the next day.  Immediately after doing a walk through of it, we put in an offer.  Once we arrived in Minneapolis to visit friends, we found out that our offer (that was competing with another offer) was accepted.  Sometime this week or next we will follow through with an inspection on it.  Then, our closing date is March 27th!  We are very excited and nervous all at once.  We have a bit to do to quick get our home on the market.  It is still in the district as the same middle school and high school that Mikayla will attend.  We are trying to decide if we continue to drive Elyana to a new nearby school for the next 3 years or not.  We will continue to let them finish off this school year.  It will be a crazy next few months!
